Fees and Terms

A Personal Treatment Plan will be discussed and agreed at the initial meeting but this will be reviewed and modified at each subsequent session as required.

For clients block booking sessions as per their treatment plan - there will be a 10% discount.

Hypnotherapy

An Initial 1.5 hour appointment includes free 30 minutes consultation £60.

One hour treatment session will cost £60

Stop Smoking Cessation Programme

Telephone Consultation where we will discuss a tailor-made programme, followed by an appointment a week later which will include hypnosis at cost £170 (1 session 1.5 hours).

Counselling

An Initial 1.5 hour appointment includes free 30 minutes consultation £50.

Mobile

An Initial 1.5 hour appointment includes free 30 minutes consultation £60. There is an additional charge of up to £10 per session for clients more than 5 miles outside the LS15 postcode, to cover additional costs.

Payments

To be made at the commencement of each session by card, bank transfer, cheque or cash unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable however clients are kindly requested to give a minimum 48 hour notice otherwise the following will apply:

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of half the normal fee.
• If no notice is given a full fee will be charged.
• If any programmes are not completed for whatever reason, a refund will be made to you for sessions not taken (excluding the smoking programme).
• For late arrivals, it may not be possible to carry out the full session so please be prompt.
• Should you need a concessionary rate, please call to discuss.

Please Note 

If you have difficulty meeting the cost of treatment this can be discussed. It is my policy that people who need therapy are not denied it on the grounds of cost and therefore may arrange to pay according to their means.
